Beginner Soap Making Sunday, October 4 | 3-6 PM

Come spend Friday night making something beautiful!

In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn how to create your own handcrafted soaps using an easy melt-and-pour method. We’ll work with premade soap bases, colors, fragrances and fun add-ins to create soaps that look and smell amazing.

No experience needed. We’ll walk you through the process step by step, and you’ll leave with soaps you made yourself.

But this night has a little twist.

If you’ve ever thought, “I could actually sell this,” we’re going to show you how a simple craft can become the beginning of a side hustle.

We’ll talk about how handmade products can go from your kitchen table to gift sets, holiday markets, pop-ups and online sales—and introduce our upcoming 5-part Side Hustle Sessions, where we’ll take you from making a product all the way to launching it.

Important: We use commercially prepared melt-and-pour soap bases. The soap-making process originally involves lye, but the lye has already reacted during manufacturing of the base. Participants will not be handling raw lye during this workshop.
